Sets text of a given tab segment.

Parameters
- index
- The index of the tab segment to get or set. (Zero based).
- value (assign parameter)
- The value to set when using the setter.
Remarks
You can also set all of the tab segments at once by setting the Text property on the Run class.
This getter setter method can throw Exception.
